My Colt Commander Target model 45 ACP. is my preference. They are heavy, but the balance is amazing and they are rugged. No wonder they were the choice for our Officers during WW2. I dearly love the old girl!

You’ll never shoot another Glock.

I've shot many Glocks over the last 15 years and I cannot get used to the odd grip angle, plastic sights, and the fact that there is no external safety. Carrying a hot Glock is akin to carrying a hot 1911 with the safety off.

That being said, I'm a fan of Sig Sauer, Heckler & Koch and 1911s (a few are in my FR profile page).
