Depending on when he was discharged. A guy I went to high school with had a section 8 discharge. At the time I had been looking into joining the military. The recruiter is the one that told me the guy I went to school with had a section 8 discharge. The guy was gay. This would have been late 70’s early 80’s, do I don’t know when DADT came about. Just tossing it out there and another possible non physical disability, though it could certainly fall into mental.
Okay, so now we can arrest Krugman and the other Lefties, since they are the ones who claimed the Tea Party was responsible for shooting Rep. Giffords. The hate-speech of the Left has obviously moved this man to violence.
I suppose in the 70’s that might come under mental. You’d think that being a leftist, he’d be proud to say it, the gay discharge.
He doesn’t like guns. So, why did he enlist? He’s probably just a nutcase. Might be one of those that joined thinking he was going to get free travel and education and not have to give anything back.
Did Loughner smear some nuttiness virus upon his bullets before putting them in his gun?
The sad thing is, that hardly anyone will hear about Fuller (unless conservatives make a conscientious effort to get the word out).

I saw the clip of him being escorted from the scene by the deputies. No two ways about it, he was drunk as a skunk. He drops a hint about it in his Myspace page.

if the Mediascum could actually be embarrassed this would be a “useful” moment..... but alas, Mediascum are beyond embarrassment and will simply change the subject.
I agree that the guy looked drunk from what I saw on the news. He did look wobbly on his feet and very spaced out.
Or he could be goofed out intentionally on the pain meds they gave him. It wouldn't be unusual for someone with alcohol and substance abuse problems to go off the wagon with a convenient excuse like prescribed pain meds.
He does seem deliberately evasive about what got him discharged. Saying "non physical" is like saying "non daylight" when what you really mean is "dark".
