Well...it’s design does hide her hips....but the off shoulder part looks disheveled....I’m trying to imagine what I would say if it were Laura Bush wearing it.....
You know Laura Bush would never wear something that makes her look like a fire truck.
If Laura Bush had worn it, the bodice would have been plain red without the black pattern.

I had a doberman whose one ear stood straight up, but the other ear never did. It flopped off to the side.
