The communists have been booted from Congress and the capitalists (Repubs) have taken over.
And now Obama will take credit for everything the Repubs do.
That's why everything the Repubs and conservatives want to do, legislatively, needs to be tied to something the Liberals find anathema. They either pass it, or go down in the minds of the public as being the impediments to progress they are.
