Polls are limited to preordained choices; they are not ‘essay’ questions.

Polls always say exactly what the pollster designed them to say.

Any portion of any poll that fails to achieve that end is always discarded.

Okay. So what is your proof of that? I mean, can you show us an example of poll results being discarded because they didn’t say what a pollster wanted them to say?
