Israel probably does not need our money; they may have benefited from us providing some technology, but it has worked both ways.

We use money to buy favors and influence. With a true, solvent friend you don’t need to do that.

We’re the ones who are not solvent. But if we were, and were handing out money for fun , Israel would be the last friend I cut off, preceded by Great Britain and Canada and Australia.
