What is the story behind that picture? If it's from a Halloween party then he's just in a goofy costume. Or maybe he's a huge Auburn or Clemson fan. Either one of those might be a little undignified, but not a sign of insanity. On the other hand if he goes out on dates like that, well maybe the Dems need to shuffle him aside as quickly as possible.
