I like Thomas the best out of all the judges on that court, especially his write up in Heller. I wish we had 4 more like him!

He IS the best. FAR SUPERIOR to Scalia. Anyone who doubts it, go read their respective opinions in Raich.

I agree. I read where he was a firm believer in Natural Law Theory as were the Founders and that Just Law has to conform to the laws of nature and God’s laws. It is the intent of the Founders.

That is why I like him better than Scalia. Scalia thinks that states can have abortion....something which defies natural law. He believes if you have a majority of people in a state voting for something—that it can become law—even if it goes against the natural rights of children. Our legal system claims inalienable rights which can NEVER be taken away from ANY individual according to our Constitution—even a majority vote. That means life is always sacred when innocent—that means no right to redefine marriage from its definition in Black’s Legal dictionary, etc.

Homosexual marriage can never be allowed since our Constitution is based on Natural Law Theory and God’s laws. It is forcing unnatural acts through the force of law.....even Cicero said Just Law can never go against Natural Law==that all other law was political and only about unequal power of law used to force those to adopt the unnatural which always takes force.
