I will be voting for Sarah Palin for president in 2012. If her name is not on the ballot. Then I will write it in.

The GOP is already split into TEA Party supporters and RINOs.

The RINOs have been running their candidate for POTUS for so long that the TEA Partiers are unlikely to support a RINO candidate again. Doomed to failure he is. To win the RINOs need to sit in the back of the bus and let someone else drive for a Change.

If either one gets the nomination, we lose. The MSM will see to it. It will be 2008 all over again. Geithner and Burn-yank-me will keep pumping up this phony economy over the next year, to keep the publik “happy” until Obama gets reelected.

That stands even if gas prices hit $7.00.

If there are Republicans who would rather not see either Romney or Palin on the ticket, or just don’t want to see a bloody primary between them, they had better unite behind another candidate. And given the speed with which the primaries are approaching — the Iowa straw poll is in August — they had better do it fast.

That's me. Anyone else out there in the same boat? Any suggestions? So far, as the author alludes, Daniels is probably the best hope at the anti-Palin/anti-Romney, despite his recent troubles.

“.... split the Republican Party”?

Big deal. Every 4 years the Republican Party is split with candidates vying for the POTUS. Same with the Democrats. When a clear candidate is selected; they un-split.

If this dweeb thinks a show-down between Palin and Romney will do damage, then he is a moron.

This was a very good article. So, if we don’t want Palin or Romney ( I sure don’t), then who is there? I guess I’m still stuck with Daniels at this point, which of course means he’s doomed.

>> A campaign that pits [Sarah and Myth] against each other would divide the Republican party along each of its fault lines.

Well then! The answer is obvious.

Myth Romney must decline to run for the good of the country.

Romney may have the money and the organization, but I don’t know how he can win the Republican Nomination with Romneycare hanging around his neck. It’s like a big anvil and even Obama is complimenting him on it. That’s an endorsement he doesn’t need.

Enough with the celebrity.

I take it you will not be voting for Sarah Palin even if she is on the ballot?

A campaign that pits the two against each other would divide the Republican party along each of its fault lines.

They're called 'primaries', idiot, and it's time to finish draining the swamp of these establishment repubs.
