Sir Howard Davies resigned after fresh revelations that the institution had been involved in a deal worth £2.2m to train hundreds of young Libyans to become part of the country's future elite.

Actually, I hope that they did name a Chair as Muamar Gaddafi Professor of Law and Ethics. UK is a horrible place. They come up with all sorts of idiotic socialist ideas, ALWAYS help Muslims (whether it is in favor of Palestine or Pakistan or Al Qaeda) and hate America. They are NOT our natural allies. I fail to understand why many people here think of UK as our allies. When I think of UK, I think of socialism.
