He said a lot of things when he was a candidate. Remember the famous line that he drew between himself and Hillary when it came to health care? She wanted to make it mandatory, he said he didn’t want that and that was the main difference.
Candidate Obama is quite different from the person who sits in the Oval office now. he has breached about 15 of his campaign promises. But it doesn’t matter. The media still love him, promote him at every turn and the libtards think he is god.

They didn’t get the results they expected in the NYC trials; in fact, they looked stupid. As with the troop withdrawal promise, which was followed up by Obama’s own troop surge, the promises were hot air to unify the left and win over the center. The center has fled from Obama, and the left is slowly disintegrating (with the exception of the “hard” left). Obama’s public support of the Wisconsin teachers over the will of the voters and purses of the taxpayers will not play well anywhere; he’s done.
