A lot of that same sentiment runs rampant in the GOP in general, and on FR in particular, here and now.
What are you doing posting on FR? Shouldn't you be fixing breakfast for all your children and your husband? Then cleaning the house?

Make a search for “19th amendment”. I find it a weird and hard to explain phenomenon, but there is a quite serious community in here that thinks women voting are the cause of the imminent end of the world or something.
