WASHINGTON - A disturbing and racist death threat video -- that was pulled from 'You Tube' -- targeted a civil rights activist who testified locally against in-state tuition for illegal immigrants.
The chilling video attacks Ted Hayes, an African-American civil rights activist who is originally from Maryland but lives in California. Hayes is a conservative and a long time opponent of illegal immigration.
On March 15 before a Maryland House of Delegates Judiciary Committee Hayes testified against using tax dollars for illegal immigrants to get in-state tuition.

He says the vile racist death threat was posted by an extremist Hispanic organization in retaliation for Hayes' testimony.

I thought there already was a largely unacknowledged race war going on between blacks and hispanics in parts of CA.

Blacks are hitting unemployment rates of 25-30% and hispanics are the ones taking the jobs.
Tons of shootings and murders taking place between gangs. In the last 2 weeks, there have been 2 gang rapes of Latino girls (one age 11 and the other 12) by blacks.
Yet the white Dems that run the show want Latinos here to water down the white population.
Witness intimidation is a crime...I wonder if our esteemed US Attorney general will take this case, given it was a threat to one of “his” people, as he stated before Congress...

And if we weren’t blowing all this money on health care, tuition, etc. for illegals, the poverty of American citizens in inner-cities could finally be addressed in a meaningful way.
