Wis. Corrects Vote Count, Gives Incumbent Big Lead
Associated Press ^ | 4/7/11 | Staff

A conservative incumbent surged to a commanding lead in Wisconsin's hotly contested Supreme Court election Thursday, after a predominantly GOP county's clerk announced she had incorrectly entered vote totals in the race seen as a referendum on Republican Gov. Scott Walker's divisive union rights law. Waukesha County Clerk Kathy Nickolaus said more than 14,000 votes weren't reported to The Associated Press on Tuesday due to "human error." Nickolaus previously worked for a GOP caucus that was under the control of Justice David Prosser, who was speaker of the Assembly at the time and who now stands to benefit

Sounds like the commie libs at the Ass. Press are trying to imply that Republicans are starting to pull the tricks their 'RAT comrades have been pulling for years. This isn't journalism. This is commie propaganda from a bunch of anti-American poor losers.

Not that we’re being tendentious, hint, hint, nudge, nudge, wink, wink....

Oh please. This is a stretch for even AP. Talk about 15 degrees of separation.

Now will be the time to get video and audio of the demands from Democrats for election accuracy and accountability, and use it to get us all some protection against the kind of fraud I’m convinced they’ve been perpetrating in close elections.

Yes, and it is ridiculous - the error was not in the votes being missing, but in what fed over into unofficial media tallies. The Associated Press is certainly not the official reporting authority. They are also not making a prominent mention of the fact Kloppenberg had already fallen behind even before these numbers were revealed.

“Kennedy said it was unfortunate the clerk didn’t double check the data before releasing it to the press.”

Uh, where is mention of the AP reporter who jumped the gun in reporting the county’s results before they were validated?

And where is mention of the Democrat who corroborated Nickolaus’ results?

Praise GOD!

Nice to our side pull one off.....I think they knew about those votes all along. They were just holding onto them until all the votes from lib bastions were in so they could make sure the rats didn’t off a “Seattle”.

Congratulations to Justice Prosser.

Very correct. Klop won't rest until she has this woman's head on a platter. Never mind she was just the messenger.

We’ll never know if they held onto the votes on purpose or not...but bottom line is that the error was the amount released to the PRESS....no new votes found in the machines OR in the trunks of cars. WHen we think of Franken and the rest where whole trunk loads of votes were found in insecure places, the Dems have all said...gotta count them. THIS is not the same situation. But it is a beautiful thing that the mistake wasn’t found until AFTER the Dem said that her 250 lead should not be contested by Prosser.

Beautiful

There’s no way the Liberals/Unions will accept this. They are probably trying to get their candidate to declare herself the winning.

Keep your head on a swivel over in Wisconsin. Leftists aren’t too tightly connected to reality as it is. This could be just the thing for some “Laughner” wanna-be to use as an excuse to take pot shots at conservatives in WI.

Glad to know she will not contest her new-found loss!

Yep... blur the crucial distinction between recording the votes correctly and reporting them to the media... add some unsupported innuendo linking the erring clerk to the judge... just about what you'd expect from American Pravda.

If you listen closely while you read it, you can almost hear the authors grinding their teeth.
