"We should be jubilant," D'Souza announced about the triumph of American free trade. "American foreign policy has made the world much better." America has uniquely sought both self-interest and global improvement, from which much of the world has gained. American ideas about "self-determination" are now influencing the Middle East, he noted. There will be no utopia, but American predominance in the world is infinitely better for the world than all the likely alternatives, such as Russia or China. "Thank God for America," D'Souza concluded.

Dinesh is superb. He’s in the same league with Sowell, Williams, Victor Hanson Davis and a few others.
He’s always right. Unfortunately, the monsters in power think the opposite of what he thinks.
But the other thing is that as time has gone by with international free trade, our elite have become corrupt and more concerned about their globalist pals, buying off bad guys, serving as the globe’s military and Nation building. America has been lost in the shuffle.
Basically, leaders can’t even hardly manage their own Nations let alone take over managing the globe.
