Personally I think the City of Washington DC could be seen as unconstitutional. I don’t believe it was ever meant to be a place of permanent residence for leeches.
I guess I see it as a place intended to be a federal reserve with temporary housing for elected officials.
Right. Except for the federal core, the whole place should be handed back to Maryland.
