In an exclusive interview with The Brody File, Donald Trump discusses his views on God, going to church and storing all the Bibles he receives in the mail.
Trump is seriously considering running for president and he'll need Evangelical votes in the GOP primaries if he's going to be successful.
I spoke with Trump in New York a few days ago. My full 6-minute piece on the enthralling Donald Trump interview will air across the country on "The 700 Club" Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. on the ABC Family Channel. (Check your local listings) You can also go to www.cbn.com at 9 a.m. ET Tuesday morning to watch the story as it airs live.
The Brody File is releasing only one video clip today in advance of "The 700 Club" story. Another clip will be released Tuesday morning by 8 a.m.
There is so much material in the interview, but tune in to "The 700 Club" to hear Trump talk about his past failed marriages, his views on the Koran, civil unions, Roe v. Wade, and many more topics.

Trump believes in God, despises Obama & his ilk, LOVES America, that’s enough for me!
Trump spent too much of his money on Democrats and pro-choice causes.
He’s doing a great job of calling attention to Obama’s failings. \
Get the popcorn
Obamma's aides and strategists and expensive lawyers are getting mighty tired of this poke induced wound filling their schedules. The infighting it must be creating is joyful. By the time you just get started Mr.Trump, every office in the whitehouse will be demanding he produce his private and public records under their breath.
I still don't trust him. It's probably all an ego trip, but he could be doing this to mess up the Republican nominating contest so badly that no viable candidate can win the nomination and Obama cruises to victory.
Believing in God does not make one a Christian,
but I know what he means...
James 2:19
You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe thatand shudder.
We have to get ONE state to pass eligibility requirements.
Just ONE.
At some point, the dam will burst.
That's funny - I go to church, I believe in God, I'm on the mailing list of numerous Christian booksellers, and yet I've never received a single unsolicited Bible in the mail, let alone so many that I had to think about where I could store them.
If he owned a hotel, he could put one in each of the rooms' nightstand drawers.
And he’s too close to the Clintons but I’m still enjoying this specific journey. He’s put himself in the ring and he even talks like a boxer. :)
He may be paving the way for Hillary but I’m still enjoying the ride while it lasts.
I hear what you are saying. I could envision a plot where Trump is instigated by Hillary. By Trump doing what he’s doing, not only is he agitating and distracting Obama, but he’s messing with the Republican nominees also. That all could be a benefit for Hillary to run in 2012.
Having said that, though, I’m glad someone with a voice and background, is making a national noise about Obama’s elligibility status. These issues have been ignored by the main stream Republican (Rino) party, and I’m tired of it.
By their fruits ye shall know them.
Let’s address the Trump Democrat political contribution issue. Have you ever owned a business? From your comment I assume not. Trump is a very smart business guy which is reflected in his multi-billionaire worth. The candidates listed in New York are the people he will have to do business with in the future. If he ticks them off they are going to make any business dealings miserable for him. Same with Lautenberg in NJ. Trump does a lot of business here, so why tick off those passing the laws. Conservatives have little to no chance of winning in these liberal states. It is a miracle Christie got in. As far as Kerry, his present wife was a Conservative at one time. Could be Trump was friendly with her and her first husband John Hienz. Or maybe he didn’t like the Bush campaign tactics used. Some say things got very nasty between McCain and President Bush during the primaries. Just because Trump donated to these candidates doesn’t make him a lib. If I recall President Reagan was a democrat and converted to being the best Republican President ever.
Yeah, IF Trump owned a hotel...
I think this is the money quote:
Brody: Do you actively go to church?
Trump: “Well, I go as much as I can. Always on Christmas. Always on Easter. Always when there’s a major occasion. And during the Sundays. I’m a Sunday church person. I’ll go when I can.”
IOW, I do not regularly attend church, but have decided it would be best to call myself a “Christian” now that I’m running for POTUS.
Does anyone else get the feeling that Trump (not unlike Obama) feels God should be very honored that Trump says he believes in Him?
I’d say Trump is in this for TRUMP. He’s a builder, not a politician. He must work with people on all sides and those in other countries. He is particularly nasty when speaking about China.
He’s angry at the way things are going — too angry I believe to be doing this to somehow clear the way for Hillary or someone else specifically. He may not want to run, but he wants to prop up all the reasons the country must go in a better direction and that definitely means withOUT Obama.
I’m watching all of this with great interest — and enjoying the heck out of hearing him spout all the things I say but that no one pays any attention to.....
In other words, Trump’s donations to Democratic candidates are protection money.
Those are the very words.
Has there ever been a serious contender for president that has ever said he doesn’t believe in God? And that includes all those on the left. Democrats say they do, and just look at the supreme court justices they pick!
I am gratified to hear Trump say he believes in God, and is a Christian. But is he a conservative Christian? thats where the rubber meets the road. What sort of justices would he pick?
