Why are prosecution decisions being made in the DOJ in the first place. I know they used to decide if it were proper to bring RICO charges when that law was in its imfantcy and they have oversight of “prosecutions involving members of Congress” but this group of criminals is neither. This government is so out of bounds now to be malignent. It does nothing that will wrangle political feathers. I thought “watergate” was supposed to change all that but with the current crop of representatives, from both parties, it has gotten far worse. This would be something for Issa to take up if he had the fortitude to do it, right after the subpeona for the birth records of the enigma who is in the White House.

I have a thought. Send this information to Orrin Hatch, who I believe is still on the Senate Justice committee. It is very likely that he will do nothing. Then use that fact against him when the utter mediocrity runs for re-election next year.
