in addition to this law, AZ should keep bambi off of the PRIMARY ballot. That would move the issue up to the spring where there is time for the courts to deal with it.
The courts will grant a stay on this law and it will be in the courts until after NOV ‘12.
Yes, primaries costs states a lot of money. Therefore, the state has an interest in seeing that only candidates eligible to be on the final ballot are on the primary ballot.
