Prostitute crime victims.

KEYWORDS: 2manydeadwhores; crime; prostitutes; serialkillers; whores
I don't condone the lifestyle or occupation of these poor victims, but I am tired of their pictures and names being accompanied by the label of "prostitute" by the media. I am sure they were far more vulnerable to their fate than a person who does not live on the margins, but they do have families and people who love them. I suspect if one or more of them had status or resources to be known other than a prostitute, their victimhood would not have been identified in that context. Sad, sad, sad.

All choices have consequences, yet that particular choice is singled out for unique labeling.

Yeah, and some things are by pure luck.
I certainly don’t condone the lifestyle, but most of these women have had a very, very hard life, and I feel some sympathy for them. Generally, people don’t do drugs and sell themselves because they have a healthy psyche and self-image.

Years of liberalism and community organizing have set these people up for failure. If they were dosed with better values, they would be in far better shape. At least you can say they are gainfully employed.

Why if that is what they did and the choice they made? Many people have hard lives and don’t make that choice.Sorry that they died but you have to know that you are puting yourself into a dangerous situation by your occupation choice?

I sort of know what you mean. Certain choices label the person for life in ways that others do not. But in another sense these women put themselves in this terrible danger.
yes, it’s very sad.
