Do I remember a few "red" states with "heated political rhetoric" that O didn't bother visiting before the 2008 election? Go, Sarah, Go!

Not attached to or associated with with Sarah Palin, right?
O4P is completely grassroots and not affiliated with Sarah Palin, SarahPAC, or any official FEC registered Sarah for President committee (such as the Draft Sarah 2012 committee).
It does need to be said for those who still haven’t been convinced by the unofficial declaration of “Game on!” that Rebecca Mansour, Palin aide and former webmaster of C4P, has been retweeting several tweets that she wouldn’t have unless Palin is seriously considering the Presidential run.
BTW, please share this with your family and friends! You can use the share button up top to tweet and facebook this or you can directly forward this issue to your families/friends email.
Oh yes, I’ve believed she’s running ever since she resigned! Ping List Memebers will ask these questions. Once Sarah announces, won’t she have her own grassroots roots organizations and fund raising?
Palin will definitely have her own campaign structure; however, truly effective grassroots efforts require independence from top-down organizational structure.
Although O4P has a centralized support system to help state groups get off the ground, they don’t actually control what the various State groups do. Our independence allows us to take advantage of local information and issues and act on them in a responsive fashion.
I’m affiliated with Alabama’s O4P chapter, and we’re about to roll out our own website.
We’re able to get a head start on the Primary campaign without an official announcement because we’re independent from Palin. The vast majority of us are avid Palin supporters who have no doubt that she is going to run based on the various hints she’s given and her known modus operandi (Her 2006 Gubernatorial campaign also blossomed out of nowhere overnight.) .
Palin is aware of our efforts. That is why she doesn’t need to lay out a formal ground campaign out on the open. She trusts that independent grassroots efforts are already being done. She knows that she people that will crawl on glass for her. She also knows that although none of us are state GOP insiders, that we have the talent and skills to get things done. You’ll find that Palin supporters are probably the most web-savvy group of conservatives and are in tune with New Media. This is why she dominates online straw polls such as Hot Air, Townhall, Ace of Spades, NRO, etc...but only does ok on traditional polls.
We’re working to change all that. I’m personally working on a guide to help people get started on twitter/FB/blogs and connect with the Palin grassroots efforts.
Admittedly, recruitment has been a tad difficult because no one wants to dedicate effort when they are not sure the candidate will run; however, the latest speech has given the boost we need to start going all out.
My guess is that if and when the time comes, the various grassroots organizations and fund raising mechanisms won't necessarily be centralized, but certainly networked together for closer coordination and cooperation in a multi-front effort. The parts are all there, but just need to be brought to together into a very potent grassroots machine.
Exactly. This way we benefit from both top-down and bottoms-up organizational structures. Until an official announcement, we can’t do that; however, we can go ahead and lay the groundwork.
Don’t forget to include your kids in your Sarah Palin activities, especially thosw who will be voting in 2012. After all it’s their future that Øbama is destroying.
