The U.S. is not at war with Libya and has not taken sides, but President Obama nevertheless has signed off on the use of armed predator drones in the North African nation that has been torn by a weeks-old bloody conflict, Defense Secretary Robert Gates said Thursday.
"What the president has said that where we have some unique capabilities, he is going to use those, and in fact he has approved the use of armed predators, and I think today may have been in fact their first mission," he said.

Interesting. The title should be Hillary talked Obama into approving the use of Predator Drones in Libya. Obama is incapable of making such a decision.

I can’t complain about being in Libya while we have men and women in uniform fighting there. It just does not seem right. The decision has been made and we are there. I hated when those wackos complained about Iraq and Afghanistan. We cannot be like the liberals were during Bush years. it was immature and disgusting. We are at war with Libya and the best we can do is support the troops while we are there.
Somebody please explain what drones are used for in a no fly zone.

Could we get a running tally of the number of Predator attacks on Loyalist targets versus rebel targets? After all, they both have armor, helicopters, and rocket launchers, they’ve both killed civilians with them, and they seem to take turns attacking cities.
