ROSEDALE, Md. (AP) -- An 18-year-old woman has been charged in an attack on a transgender woman over using a McDonald's restroom in a Baltimore suburb.
Police announced Monday that Teonna Monae Brown was arrested Friday and charged with first- and second-degree assault.

IMHO it was a hate crime anyway you cut it. I wonder what is talked about by their family and friends in their immediate social circle. I can only imagine.

You will find that blacks attacking whites, randomly, viciously, happily, in mobs, filming it, and posting it on websites happens about 10,000,000,000,000,000 times a day. PS — I think the assailants should get EXACTLY AND PRECISELY the same sentence (hanging would be cool) as if the victim were not an it/thing, but I’m upset that it/things are more important in this nation than non it/things.

Add Witness Intimidation/Tampering before this case is put to rest. The best thing for Chrissy Polis to do is stay the hell on the other side of town, because this tricks thug baby boyfriend/babydaddy will try to make Polis a no show in court.
Assault First. Wow they threw the book at her. She will probably plea to Assault Second, get 30 days shock time and five years probation.
Is it over using the restroom or is it over her “looking at her man?” I have heard both.
I have sympathy on the restroom issue, although I don’t think he should have necessarily been beaten to a pulp. Depending upon his intentions.
There are cases of men hiding in bathrooms and sexually assaulting and killing people (boys as well as women/girls). So a man in the ladies’ bathroom is a big deal to me.
An 18-year-old black, racist, female has been charged with the beating of a mentally deficient, caucasion, male queer who likes to dress in female clothing and use the womens public toilets.

All hate crime laws should be repealed, since almost every crime is a hate crime. I’ve never heard of someone attacking someone else because the attacker liked the victim. The reason for the crime doesn’t cause the crime to be worse. The pain of the victim is the same, no matter what the attacker was thinking.

I agree, not to excuse the beating, but facts are facts. This was not a woman, it was a transvestite trying to use the women’s bathroom.
