Now as for who might enforce this:
(1) Any Member of Congress who wants to retire the Catastrophe in Chief early can propose a bill to impeach him. What are the Senate's Democrats going to do then--argue that it didn't happen or that it is all right for the President to break the law? Somebody do a seance and ask Tricky Dick Nixon how that worked out for him.
(2) Try the case in the court of public opinion and see how far Barry can get in 2012 amid the surrounding stench.

Obama could rape a three-year old girl in broad daylight on the front lawn of the White House and the dems in the Senate, and the MSM, would fire up the “doesn’t rise to the level of impeachment” mantra. I doubt if the sitzpinklers we elected to the house in November would even do anything.
Poor Tricky Dick, had the press trying to crucify him at every turn, Obama has a very sympathetic press. The headlines will be “Republicans form lynch mob to string up first black president!”
It will be a racial nightmare. This is the way Democrats play, get used to it. We have to play by the rules and they get a pass. We have to be smart enough to educate the stupid populace that conservatism is in their best interest. That is the only chance we have.
The nation will feel sorry for poor persecuted Obama.

It is racist to enforce the law against people who are partially black.
I can see Gweedo,a.k.a. Shop Steward, standing over and tapping his baseball bat against some hapless union peon’s kneecap, “I hope you want to buy a few raffle tickets buddy. Come on, it’s good for your health.”
I am SURE that the FEC and the DOJ will SWOOP down on this and have it all investigated and the wrong doers prosecuted . . . no later that 2020.
They already did when they acquitted Clinton of lying under oath and sexual harrassment.
IF it got to the level of an actual prosecution, it would be one of the campaign workers who ran the raffle. There’s no way a candidate is going to be held criminally liable for actions of staffers, unless it is provable that he directed the staffers to take illegal actions.
Think for example about reports that people working on a campaign slash tires, or steal signs. If there are any charges, it’s always for some staffer or volunteer.
Even when there is civil violations of FEC rules, the campaign pays the fines, the money doesn’t come personally from the candidate.
Furthermore, Obama could kill a guy in cold blood on the lawn of the White House, and the Senate would never vote to remove him from office. You might get the house to impeach him I guess.
Here are the top three most important issues that are threatening to crush the life out of our country:
1. Obama’s Birth Certificate
2. The White House failing to issue an Easter Proclamation
3. The Obama campaign raffling off dinner with the candidate.
What hasn’t Obama violated?
I think this falls under the Democrat exemption. You know — the one that states that laws do not apply when the lawbreaker is an elected Demoocrat or a Democrat candidate.
I am confused. Why would a union legal team go after 0dumbo for this?

Loved the “member of Congress” bit. We, who are not supporting Pres. Obama, do object — but no one listens to us. I am a member of the TEA Party and accustomed to the Republicans who want us to go away — can’t let these upstarts in; they must follow our lead. I write and call my congress critters; wrote my new congressman and asked him a question a couple of weeks ago. He ignores me. I voted for him, but might as well have stayed with Chet Edwards.
We need leaders in Congress.
And the countless millions he received ILLEGALLY from overseas? That doesn’t matter either, of course. Hussein can do NO wrong, after all.
