I would like to think it is a spontaneous mixed outpouring of support for America, but wonder if there's an astroturf, pro-Obama flash mob setup happening here?

I am suspicious, too. Since when do so many young people approve of warfare?

I'd like to believe this is authentic but I'm having trouble.

It's good to see so many young people shouting USA and waving US flags but those flags look brand spanking new. Did they really go out and buy them tonight?

I suppose it's possible but I'm just suspicious.

The “kids” are celebrating in front of the White House as I type this as well. The crowd in DC mostly consists of George Washington University students, from what I can see on TV. Several are holding up 2008 Obama/Biden signs and “Change We Can Believe In” signs along with their very new-looking American flags.
