This issue is not about where Obama was born. This issue is about his citizenship. Did Obama ever hold a dual citizenship or foreign citizenship that he accepted as an adult?
As the new certificate of live birth points out, his father, Obama Sr., was a citizen from Kenya...Therefore, (Obama)inherited Kenya citizenship from his father.
Please note that ... Obama and the media are trying to demean those who are questioning Obama’s qualifications to serve as president as "radicals" stating that "now Obama has proved where he was born."
The media ...kept trying to frame the debate as being about Obama’s birth place … and you helped them... You either played into their hands or you conspired to help them. So are you a fool or a conspirator?
...And that real issue is this: did Obama ever use foreign citizenship as an adult? If he did, then he disqualified himself from being able to be president of the United States according to 8 USC 1481 which states that natural born status is lost if the person has become naturalized in another country.
A citizen of the USA can hold dual citizenship. But the office of president disallows any person ...from ever having a dual or foreign citizenship and be able to be president.

The concerns about Obama’s bc were IMO 100% legitimate to anyone with a brain and who has experience applying for little league or a passport (for examples).
The concerns Trump raised were evidently legitimized by Obama’s own advisors (namely, interfering with Obama’s ability to govern, exactly as one would expect if the concerns about Obama’s bc at the time were legitimate).
Obama has yet to respond in a transparent manner by permitting the HDOH to respond to third party requests for his long form bc from the general public.
Trump himself downplayed the concerns to the media relative to other concerns, every chance he got.
So no, there is no reasonable sign of conspiracy.

You are correct. Trump focused on the wrong thing and it was a missed opportunity. While trump is a liberal I don’t think he is competent enough on the issue to have intentionally botched the job. Anyway it happened the way it did and trump gambled and lost. obama won that round. We’ll never know if the COLB is legit or how the supremes would ruled on the real issue which is NBC. Too bad. I guess there is always the possibility that trump himself would raise the NBC issue but rather doubt it now.

His Original Long Form BC has a “Date accepted” of Aug 8, 1961 which is what you would expect of a baby born at a Hospital with mother’s signature, Hospital Admin signature and Doctor’s signature.
The Original Long form BC was sealed and archived when the Soetoro adoption was finalized. A new COLB was created by court order with a “Date filed.”
The Soetoro COLB was sealed and archived when BHO Sr. returned to Hawaii in 1971 to object to the Soetoro adoption. Another COLB was issued with a “Date filed.”
The adoption annullment changed the name of the adoptee and the father’s name back to BHO Sr., but it did not change his immunization records, school records or citizenship. Barry Soetoro forfeited his US Citizenship to become an Indonesian National.

The “form” of the recently released thing does match the Nordyke twins, who were born the day after. Their BC’s are on my post as well.
Problem is really what happens when you get a good look at this new bc of obama’s, and realise that the brand new Dir. of Health in HI stated that she made a NEW rule up to allow her to release this bc. Not that she was “waiving” an existing rule against release (largely because there is no such rule)but that she was making up a new rule. Strange thing to say.
