Can the White House continue to shield post-mortem photos of Osama bin Laden? Maybe not. Judicial Watch has filed the inevitable Freedom of Information Act request with the Defense Department seeking all photographs and/or video recordings of Osama bin Laden taken during and/or after the U.S. military operation in Pakistan on or about May 1, 2011. An identical request was filed with the CIA.

I don’t know about that. I think he’s already done the damage by coming of smug and elitist with the non-release. The longer he waits the more this takes place. We’ll see.
SEALs tend to be particularly smart and aware of all enemies with the potential to do harm. I hope and pray that they made sure the video “malfunction” that allegedly prevented the White House from watching live also prevented the operation from being recorded in any permanent manner. If they had local video on the helo with a recording, I hope that recording has now been destroyed (or will be before there are copies). Too many real Americans have gone to trial, based on evidence from known liars, over lesser “offenses” than shooting a possibly unarmed Obama.
