The Targeted Assassination of Osama Bin Laden [ barf alert ]

Targeted assassinations violate well-established principles of international law. Also called political assassinations, they are extrajudicial executions. These are unlawful and deliberate killings carried out by order of, or with the acquiescence of, a government, outside any judicial framework.

Extrajudicial executions are unlawful, even in armed conflict. In a 1998 report, the United Nations Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions noted that “extrajudicial executions can never be justified under any circumstances, not even in time of war.” The U.N. General Assembly and Human Rights Commission, as well as Amnesty International, have all condemned extrajudicial executions.

You shouldn't really go to these sites. The counter gives an inflated sense of who is actually listening to this intellectual masturbation. Advertising what retarded people are thinking is cruel, in any event, and these poor souls are worse than most.

Poor Marjorie Cohn would last perhaps 5 minutes in Gaza, before getting raped and butchered, but as long as she is safe in Kurtistown, Hawai'i, (Don't you just luv how in tune she is to her native roots, with the way she spells?? I didn't know Cohn was a Hawaiian name.), and 2600 miles from the Grownups...

By the way, she's a prof at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, that has, (I swear!) an on-line juris law program... They also teach hair dressing and taxidermy... And they barely make it into the Second Tier ranking of Law schools, nationwide.

“The U.N. General Assembly and Human Rights Commission, as well as Amnesty International, have all condemned extrajudicial executions.”

When you cite these two collections of reprobates as your moral authority, you have already lost your argument.
