We were warned that Osama's supporters would retaliate for his death. Holder has been working on it since he took the job.

Holder needs to stay on the porch. Else the CIA might teach him that the “Chicago Way” is for lightweights.

ALL the Republicans should be saying this. But they won’t.

Holder can find a middle ground and just settle the matter by prosecuting the white waspy ones. Throw a hate crime cherry on top too.

With Obama as the executive, nobody in government is accountable for anything! Why would anyone in government want to replace the boss who creates an environment where you are encouraged to do nothing or worse?

And for you loonies out there, no I do not include our armed forces in that bunch. Save your fuel.

"There's no indication that the interrogations under investigation are related to bin Laden's capture."

They just had to add that!!! There's also no indication that the interrogations under investigation are NOT related to bin Laden's capture

Holder's job is to create a legal environment in which terrorist detainees can sue the U.S. for “torture,” unlawful detention, etc. Holder is working for the trial lawyer community including his former partners, Covington & Burling, who represent 16 Guantanamo detainees. This is about money.

I think it may be time for the CIA to start making life a little tougher for Holder. He’s out of control.

Every action by Holder and every comment show that he is probably
the most dangerous anti-America jerkoff in Ohaha's criminal inner circle.

AG Holder made the announcement---that self-professed 9/11 mastermind
Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his four alleged co-conspirators will face
prosecution by a military tribunal in Guantanamo.

Holder looked like he had been water boarded into reversing
his prior decision-----to try them in a federal court.

"Yeah, but they used Perrier."

Eric Holder: The Most Imbecilic, Politicized Attorney General in Decades
Flopping Aces.net
FR Posted by Starman417

EXCERPT He actually makes Nixon Attorney General John Mitchell look good by comparison! The Attorney General of the United States is the nation's top law enforcement officer. His job description does not include, and in many ways specifically forbids any overtly political action. But Obama's A.G. Holder mixes politics with a new low of imbecility not seen in the office. Here's the latest: [VIDEO AT SITE]

====================================================

Eric Holder Advocated Special Treatment for Fugitive Marc Rich As a fugitive from US justice, billionaire commodities trader Marc Rich was one of 140 people Bill Clinton pardoned during his last hours as president. Rich's pardon was facilitated by then-Asst USAG Eric Holder who acted OUTSIDE of accepted procedures.

WHO IS MARC RICH? Rich, 66, was charged in 1982 with the largest tax-evasion scheme in US history, having evaded more than $48 million in income taxes. In 1983 Rich was indicted on 51 additional counts of racketeering and wire fraud. Rich's accomplice, Pincus Green won a presidential pardon, too. Rich also violated the US Trading with the Enemy Act by conducting business with Iran, even as US embassy staff were being held hostage. In 1983, Rich fled to Switzerland, never serving a day in jail. After fleeing the United States, Rich renounced his American citizenship, became an Israeli citizen and a major benefactor of Jewish charitable organizations, giving nearly $80 million to Israeli hospitals, museums, orchestras, and universities. Rich later moved to Switzerland....and lives there today, insofar as we know.

This is the man to whom the exiting Clinton gave a midnight pardon, with the energetic assistance of Eric Holder.

*** If I ever run into holder on the street, his ass is mine! ***

I'm sure you meant that, 'rhetorically speaking of course'. Right Marine.
(otherwise it's a Federal Crime and nobody wants that to be inferred)

Semper Fi.

Eric Holder makes John Mitchell look like one of the Twelve Apostles.

And if I was Eric Holder, I'd kinda watch my step in going after the CIA. As the last politician who just threatened them didn't fare too well (paraphrasing):

'I'm going to dismantle that place brick by brick'
Right Jackie?
(Besides that for shooting thing, the trip to Dallas was fine)

Not that I'm saying there's any Rogue Agents or groups there who are 'above the law'.
After all, Dubya got along just fine with the CIA.
