so all that needs to happen is to get the BC of this child....and check the # ?
Of course that may be more difficult than it seems if the mother doesnt want to cooperate.
Under the circumstances, would you? Butterzillion has it right IMO. Nothing less than a forensic investigation of the HDOH logs will suffice.
If it is true that the HDOH created Obama’s longform forgery by piecing together parts of other BC’s they had available, then anything we get from the HDOH should be considered suspect. At this point the only thing we could trust is documents whose computer transaction log checks out as showing no manipulation.
IOW, from here on out the HDOH has to “show their work” so we can see how they came up with any documents they come up with. Unfortunately for us, the only way that’s gonna happen is through subpoenas of the transaction logs - either by a criminal/legal investigation or by discovery in a lawsuit.
This is why state eligibility laws are so critical. We need a way for somebody to have legal standing so they can challenge eligibility and get discovery.
The other option is to find a state AG, for instance, who would conduct a criminal investigation. For that to happen they need to not only realize just how bad the lawlessness at the HDOH is, but also need to know it won’t be the end of their political career if they pursue this.
There are some very real steps that every person can take to help this along - exposing the need for an eligibility bill and the lawlessness at the HDOH.
