The BC/NBC controversy WILL not die, and SHOULD not die.
Too much OBVIOUSLY STINKS about it.
The only thing that even matters about the worthless document the regime released is the last signature and the statement above it that says it could be an abstract. After reading that, the whole document should be tossed in the trash or recycle bin on the great internet file trash bin.
