None of the front-runners has a chance of being elected, and I include Sarah ( as much as I personally like and respect her) in that group.

Christie would be an excellent candidate, even though I believe that he is more liberal. It is my personal belief that issue purity must take a second seat to ability to fight at this time in history.
Sarah is by no means perfect. I do not believe she was stained by McCain, however. I believe Sarah would make a viable candidate, because she has the stones to fight out in the open.
My personal preference, if I could just nominate someone myself, would be Col. Alan West.
