As he paced, the report says Floyd told his victim, "I don't know what to do with you now?" This woman is EXTREMELY lucky to be alive right now...

if only she'd checked the Megans List. / Adam Walsh registry list first... oh wait... "Floyd does not appear in an online database of sex-offender records" like more than half of those convicted of sex offenses every year.
The measures we've bought into are worthless and worse. As this woman would have learned if she'd even referred to them.

Deputies say he then forced her to go with him to a pharmacy, where he made her purchase and take a morning-after pill. Once they returned to his apartment, the victim told deputies she was allowed to leave. I don't buy her story.

"the report says Floyd told his victim, 'I don't know what to do with you now?'" That's right, Jeff, if the word "what" is in a sentence then that sentence is ended with a question mark. Nice major, statism is tailor made for you dummies.

Since the 80s, my default position on any reported sex offense is "this is probably hysterical crappola". Haven't been embarrassed yet. Please take every story like this with many grains of salt!

Once they returned to his apartment, the victim told deputies she was allowed to leave. I find this part of her story very suspicious. She went from his apartment, after a claimed rape, to a public area (the street and then the pharmacy), and then voluntarily went back?
It seems more likely that he indicated he wasn't interested in seeing her again, and she got pissed off.
