Hyperbole.
The report says Floyd asked the victim questions that were "sexual in nature," and which made her uncomfortable.
If we can believe his "sexual questions" made her uncomfortable, she's stupid for having agreed to meet him even once let alone going to his place on the second date.
Or she could be lying. It may not have been the encounter of her dreams. She may have felt adventurous and had regrets.
Hopefully justice will be done in this case. There have simply been too many false rape claims to just blindly accept any woman's version of events without due process.
Thats right, her first clue to drop him would have been when he started asking the sexual questions.
There’s something odd to this story, if someone just raped you why would you go back to their apartment?
