Can't see it for myself, but if you're accurate about the body language it would seem that he's mightily pissed about his meeting with Netanyahu. He's pouting and upset.
It probably goes without saying Bibi stoutly disagreed with Obama about some or all of what Obama wants him to do, and probably countered with cold, unpleasant facts about the gap between Obama's ideas and the realities of the situation they presume to address.
I would guess, also, that the Israel portion of yesterday's speech caught Netanyahu by surprise, and Bibi let Obama know that such surprises are not welcome.

I remember years ago I formed my opinions on Israel when I heard Bibi say something about Israel being the only nation on earth that needed soldiers posted in its kindergardens to keep animal types from killing its children.
