Can't see it for myself, but if you're accurate about the body language it would seem that he's mightily pissed about his meeting with Netanyahu. He's pouting and upset.
It probably goes without saying Bibi stoutly disagreed with Obama about some or all of what Obama wants him to do, and probably countered with cold, unpleasant facts about the gap between Obama's ideas and the realities of the situation they presume to address.
I would guess, also, that the Israel portion of yesterday's speech caught Netanyahu by surprise, and Bibi let Obama know that such surprises are not welcome.
Obama’s body language is an open book. Covering his mouth is most likely hiding his clenched jaws in Netanyahu’s presence. Obama was seething as Bibi spoke.
