OMG! POTUS IS BABBLING! He has GOT be on drugs! I can't get the speech here, but my guess would be that Dinah Lord is right: he's a skinny, pencil-necked geek who's completely intimidated by the Real Man next to him. I'd love to hear what Bibi said to him behind closed doors.
