This is like the end of times, has it ever been this bad?

Yes...in the early to mid 70s I remember spending several April and May Days hovered around the 900 lbs sony tv with 4 stations.

Talk to the old timers who remember when most towns were half their size, and all the surrounding land was undeveloped farmland and not shopping malls and subdivisions.

There have always been bad years, people just never heard about most of them because they never got recorded.

Build a whole bunch more houses and buildings and you get more damage, simple. People seem to forget how much things have changed in the past 60 years and do the comparisons without that factored in.

“Yes...in the early to mid 70s I remember spending several April and May Days hovered around the 900 lbs sony tv with 4 stations.”

They don’t build them like they used to! :)

4 stations... Back then they had things called “families” and people used to spend time with them. Can you imagine??!

Thank goodness now we have texting! I mean, if you’re gonna have to have kids, at least you don’t have to talk with them!

4 stations! People were so backward then...

:)
