Maybe you could go make a living practicing law, Prof. Liu? In the sense of representing clients, understanding their businesses, realizing how the rules of evidence work in real cases, etc., etc.? It’s one of the reasons that even the far-left ABA purports to expect appellate-judge nominees to have at least 12 years experience either on the bench or practicing law. (Yet you, with only two years of very thin law practice and zero years on any bench, somehow got a “well qualified” rating from the ABA.)

Not coming close to the 60 votes required for cloture was a bad loss for Liu. (Couldn’t resist.)

See what happens when you exert a little effort? Too bad they didn’t even try to shut out Kagan. They need to filibuster every court pick the commie prick comes up with.

Liu can sod off back to his liberal enclave.
He isn’t fit to judge a dog show.

It’s hard to believe a scumbag liberal did the honorable thing. In fact, I don’t believe it.
There had to be a nudge and a payoff in there somewhere.

Goodwin Liu: Let’s parse his name
“Good” “Win” as in a “good win” for America not having this leftist clown on the bench
Liu: “Would I li to u” about how balanced my decisions would be?
