The Atlantic’s Garance Franke-Ruta griped that “reality TV star Palin” was “treating pol reporters like paparazzi — needing and hating, inviting and making chase.”

When Princess Diana was killed after being chased by "paparazzi" (which is a fancy Europeanized way of saying locust media), there was initial horror in the press. Then, to their "relief", Diana's driver had been drinking. They immediately absolved themselves of all blame, primary and tertiary.

Witnesses: Diana's car may have 'bumped' another before crash

BS. Those "paparazzi" chased her like a hunted animal, and were directly responsible for her death. Then, to add insult to injury, they covered her funeral like the parasites they were. On top of that, they hounded Prince Harry and Prince William after her mother was in the grave.

The grace those two men have shown in recent months (including both of them serving in their nation's military, getting promoted, and both earning their helicopter wings) speaks volumes of their character over the low life's in the media.

“Prince Harry and Prince William”

Their father, however, is a complete droid.

Re: Diana, the “People’s Princess.” The media got back into their groove with the spectacle of a British national breakdown of grief and mourning (that carried over into the U.S).
