I agree. What is this? However, I think only people who live in New York get this paper. Right now my paper is The Virginian Pilot and most people would probably ask “What is this “The Virginian Pilot” of which thou speak” if there was an article about the editor leaving. I find it funny that we even have this posted. I HOPE we don’t start talking about all newspapers when an editor leaves. I am sure that it is a regular thing to lose an editor here and there.

I think Red’s reference was a somewhat sarcastic way of referring to the shrinking influence and circulation of the NYT, which may have contributed to the editors retiring.
The only reason this is newsworthy is ‘The New York Times’ is considered by liberals to be the ‘paper of record’ of the USA and it’s their collective opinion paper.............

center) not proper for such balanced and fair historical

The name, Jill Abramson, conjures up some bad memories. Doesn’t she have a history of bashing Catholics??? Maybe someone else can help me with this notion that keeps coming up in the back of my brain! I guess I’m getting old.
Since this is about New York, it will be featured on Fox News, which they believe to be the city that rules over the nations.
