BOSTON--Lawmakers are investigating allegations that a freshman representative engaged in inappropriate behavior with another lawmaker's aide in the House chamber in the hours after a House budget session in April, State House News Service is reporting.
Cusack is a 26-year-old from Braintree who was previously an assistant to Braintree Mayor Joe Sullivan, and was first elected to the House in November 2010. He represents the 5th Norfolk District.

The incident occurred after-hours during recent House budget hearings, sources said.
DeLeos review will also investigate reports that the representative claimed he was another lawmaker when he was found by the court officer. Herald
>>claimed he was another lawmaker when he was found by the court officer.
Sound familiar? Didn't James Marzilli claim to be another legislator when he was arrested in Lowell?
If the woman in this story lives and works in Massachusetts, I don’t see anything unusual about this. Massachusetts taxpayers have been getting screwed in the State House for ages.
Seriously, I just wish I could say this level of sleaze wasn’t typical for Massachusetts. But I’d be lying.
She kept saying "How many more Mr. Speaker"
“Didn’t James Marzilli claim to be another legislator when he was arrested in Lowell?”
Yes, he did. I don’t remember who’s name he used though.
Martin Walsh...looked it up. See post above
ha! Only this guy isn’t the Speaker.
Yet.
This is Fox News, so it does have “Democrat Rep. Mark Cusack” right up front where people can see it.
Yes, Boston Globe, Ch 5 etc I believe fail to mention the party (and I think the Globe omits his name too)
There is a facebook page for this guy (search Mark Cusack);
the most recent entry is from around election time
>>Mark Cusack for State Representative
Results are in and we did it!
Cusack: 9534
Clifford: 6734
Thanks!
Howie Carr will have fun with this!
