Facetious argument ~ every employer already keeps such a data base FOR IRS as well as FOR THE STATE TAX PEOPLE.
This isn’t an employer data base. It’s a federal data base of everyone who they say is qualified to work. If they don’t say you’re okay, no work.
In my opinion, the founders of this free republic would have been appalled at such a notion. It’s so far beyond the pale of what a free people should put up with that it’s almost beyond description.
Just what constitutional authority can you point to for such vast over-reaching power?
