I agree that there is no reason for Palin to announce now. Labor day would be better, and even October or later.
I don’t think that Palin is going to run in this cycle. I don’t have inside info or anything like that, but I have been of this opinion for some time and will remain so for the foreseeable future.
Palin is playing the “second mouse,” as in “The Early Bird gets the worm, but the ‘second mouse’ gets the cheese.”
