Thank you. Yes, the Berns essay is one of many in "Our Ageless Constitution" (the book) which uses the Founders' own powerful statements to shed light on the fallacies and misrepresentations the so-called "progressives" have foisted on the American citizenry for the past 100 years.

They and their ilk are not "progressive" at all, because their tyrannical ideas lead to oppression, lack of opportunity, mediocrity, and need among the citizenry.

On the other hand, the Founders' ideas led to liberty for individuals, opportunity, prosperity and plenty, allowing America to become the literal breadbasket and beacon of liberty for the world.
