A Spaniard, I imagine...actually, I have always thought that the “Anonymous” mask the anarchists and “anti-globalization” crowd is fond of wearing at their riots looks exactly like Rodriguez Zapatero (radical-left sort-of-former Spanish presidente).
It is supposed to be a modern rendition of Guy Fawkes.
