Only took them 30 years. Perhaps they’ll get to the rest of the middle east sometime in the coming century

So when do they issue one against Obummer, for conducting an illegal war. The world court is a frigging bad joke.

Interesting... but none issued pertaining to Syria’s Assad or Iran’s Ahmadinejad.

When will they issue a similar warrant for the Islamic racist monsters in Khartoum?

The President of Sudan has already been indicted, but he just shrugs it off.

I have no problem with this as long as they do the same with the leaders of Iran, Syria, Yemen, NK, and all the others who have been forcibly putting down protesters much worse than Libya, at the same time.

showing favoritism is out of place in a court of law - if that is what the International Court is.

So this pretty much assures that Col. G. won’t exile himself from Lybia to some other third world kleptocracy - with a warrant hanging over him the only course available is to fight it out to the bitter end.

That said, you have to wonder how long the NATO allies will hang together in this misbegotten mess. Some sort of partitioned Lybia with its oil flowing in reasonable quantities to Europe out of the rebel territory would seem to suit them just fine.

So we end up with a twofer - Col. G. hunkered down in Tripoli plotting to the extent possible bad things for the West and a muzzi brotherhoodish crew ready to join the calaphite in Bengazi.

crimes against humanity

The official meanings of the words humanity and humane are proof that humans are extremely vain, prone to the opinion they are gods, despite their actual envious, violent, and hateful nature.

It may sound glaringly obvious, but this move by the ICC is purely political, and is designed to give a veneer of legitimacy to the NATO action in Libya. Now Obama can say “Look what a monster Qaddafi is. Of course we're right to go after him, and we won't stop until this indicted international criminal is brought to justice.”

I'm thinking that this was done to help the boy pResident out. The International judges (ridiculous) issue a warrant for Gaddafi for war crimes. He evades capture for awhile and every random act of violence is blamed on him, personally. Obama sends in Seal team 6 who Then eradicate the fugitive monster just in time to get reelected.

That may be a bit of a stretch, but the ICC didn't just figure out that Qaddafi is a bad guy (although they had no beef with him about Lockerbie). This move is definitely political.

It just seems to me that the best chance the UN has for making inroads in America is with Obama at the helm. I would say the same for Hillary but I don't see her having a chance after Obama. As far as the U.N. goes, it's now or never.
