President Barack Obama and his family will spend their summer vacation on Martha's Vineyard again this summer. He was here last summer, too. He was here in 2009, but the weather blew.
The First Fam keep their vacation plans pretty close to the vest for security reasons, but people in the Know tell me it's coughcoughAugustcough. Those same people tell me that he'll be in Chilmark, again enjoying the 28 acre Blue Heron Farm.
The farm overlooks Tisbury Great Pond, and has a pool and a boat house. They also have a basketball hoop at their disposal, so I might have to go out there and smoke the President at some New York Twenty One. "Smoke" = "score more baskets," in case the Secret Service is reading this. He's actually a better player than me, and is somewhat taller... but he'll be obliged to forsake the blatant cheating that I would utilize, and I'd use that to my advantage.
We'd also like to once again mention that political historians such as myself would like nothing more than one of the Obama daughters perhaps meeting and developing a Summer Crush on one of the Kennedy kids. The younger Obama daughter is an 11 on the 10 point Cute scale.
I'm hearing it's a 10 day vacation, in mid-late August.
Barry and crew would be much safer in the Rich White enclave of The Vineyard.
As much as this ticks me off, it’s a good thing. Let him vacation on a grand scale, again, because more Americans will get turned off and he’ll lose another pile of votes.

AGAIN? Why not spend that vacation money in a depressed area desperate for the influx of tourist dollars ... say Disney Detroit?

Yeah, Barry and his fat ass wife need a vacation. Barry needs some time off from the hard work of playing golf and shooting hoops with his rapper homies. Michelle needs a vacation from her recent African safari. Frakkin lazy parasites.
Actually the Vineyard has one of the oldest black vacation communities in America, in Oak Bluffs, though that’s not where he’s going to be. Chilmark by contrast was where the Jews were allowed to vacation and even own property. There were Socialist enclaves in Menemsha for example where Sweezy and Huberman started the Monthly Review and of course Dashiell Hammett and Lillian Hellman would come out often.
Mean while, thousands of Americans are being flooded out of their homes, hundreds are being burnt out of their homes, thousands are loosing their home due to the economy, millions of Americans have lost their jobs and the list goes on. Why not go on vacation? He doesn’t care.
At least they won't be desecrating Saratoga.

I despise everything obama stands for, but I know people who actually like him. In fact, I’ve had arguments with so-called friends and family about him.
Recently one of these people said that she watched obama’s speech and agreed with everything he said. That was the speech when he said Israel should go back to the pre-1968 borders.
Try talking to an actual liberal, and they will still blame Bush for the economy. If you don’t have contact with liberals, you’re lucky.

Some members of my extended family spent a vacation there about 20 years ago and came back shocked and horrified.
