Notice that the red areas are contiguous - connected by corridors. The yellow areas are not, they are separated by the red corridors.

Red areas are restricted to no human use, yellow areas are open to human use.

Here is one consequence: To move from one yellow area to the next you will have to cross a red corridor that is restricted. That will probably require something like border crossing stations with guards. And something like a passport. That will severely impact freedom of movement from one part of the nation to the next.

That is essential to population control.

They’re coming at us from all directions.

For instance the Great Lakes Czar, Cameron Davis is the head of the Alliance for the great lakes. Their goal is to remove all the dams in the great lakes watershed and push human habitation back from wetlands, lakes, streams, ponds and rivers. In a state like Michigan, that would render the state legally uninhabitable due to the fact that you’re never more than a few hundred yards from one of them.

Davis is also a special advisor to the EPA.
