Sure, it will alienate a small percentage of Jewish voters. A very small, insignificant percentage. For most, however, the act of the US formally recognizing a racist, terrorist, Jew hating group that has vowed the total destruction of Israel will not even cause a blip to register on the radar of most American Jews.
